Unless currently in stock, most glass is made to order. Shipping timeline will be confirmed with you upon the placement of your order. All orders will be shipped by FedEx or USPS whenever possible. Please be aware most orders take 2-3 weeks, depending on production.
All items shipped are non refundable unless A defect is found in the glass. Here at bow glassworks we celebrate the handmade and each item varies in color, size and thickness. The glass is hand melted as well as handmade so bubbles and possible impurities are to be expected in the glass, it is part of the process. Lead times May vary and will be communicated with as much notice as possible.
